How can I invest in algae biofuel? Is it in stocks or commodities?

I want to invest in biofuels from algae, but not I know how to do it. Many companies are private companies that have no symbols. Do not just invest in large companies that invest in algae like Chevron or Exxon? Or is it a commodity that can buy?

You could go to http://www.sec.gov go to the search for Edgar, do a search per word for the term "Algae Biofuels" to find public documents that term is used to limit your search from there. I am not aware of a commodity contract of biofuels Alagoas.
